  1. I got both Wonderful Glorious and Cautionary Tales from the UK Eels store, they came incredibly fast.
  2. Blimey, that song's fine but it's not half long!
  3. Got my 'band exclusive' from Sargent House today, it's so beautiful.
  4. Cool Mystery Bundle over at Holy Roar, five LPs for £12 or five 7"s for £7: http://www.holyroarrecords.com/products/558996-mystery-bundle That Cutting Pink with Knives record is great, awesome mix of chaos & hooks.
  5. You Me At Six - Sinners Never Sleep for £6.39 at Proper: http://www.propermusic.com/product-details/YOU-ME-AT-SIX-SINNERS-NEVER-SLEEP-149139
  6. Even more HMV stuff added over the weekend, all £9.99 online and in store: Foals - Total Life Forever, Prince - Purple Rain, New Order - Technique, Joy Division - Closer, Fleetwood Mac, gt hits, Pogues - If I Should Fall From Grace..., Radiohead - the Bends, MC5 - Kick Out the Jams, Royal Blood - s/t, Led Zep - II, Happy Mondays - Thrills, Pills & Bellyaches.
  7. HMV have added some more stuff to their vinyl clearance, pick of the bunch is the Beastie's Paul's Boutique reissue for £10.99: http://store.hmv.com/music/vinyl/paul-s-boutique-(1)
  8. When in Europe can I get the euro variants? Seems like that'll be cheapest for me, postage wise.
  9. Has anyone ordered from wowhd.co.uk? Apparently they had some issues before but are under new management, and there's a lot of cheap vinyl on there.
  10. Arg, so tempting but I've already spent so much this month. That said, I know £25 is going to look like a bargain for this in a few months. Arg.
  11. A whole bunch of dirt cheap Flipper reissues: https://www.backstreetmerch.com/artist/flipper/vinyl
  12. Is that beautiful artwork available as a poster flag anywhere? I feel like it should be but can't see it anywhere.
  13. No problem, I've been using the bag constantly since I got mine too!
  14. Huuuuuuge closing down sale going on over at http://monkeyboyrecords.co.uk/, some REALLY great stuff. Free postage when you hit the £35 mark, super nice guy running it too.
  15. Some decent finds on the What Records £9.99 section: Liars - Sisterworld 2LP www.whatrecords.co.uk/items/67551.htm Glasvegas - Later, When the TV Turns To Static www.whatrecords.co.uk/items/64879.htm Cribs - In the Belly of the Brazen Bull 2LP www.whatrecords.co.uk/items/64881.htm Say Anything - Hebrews www.whatrecords.co.uk/items/61433.htm
  16. I've posted this before and they somehow still have some left (only small tees though), but for £7.99 you get LCD Soundsystem's This Is Happening for £7.99 on 2LP, CD, a really nice record bag and a shirt. http://www.tmshop.co.uk/lcd-soundsystem-this-is-happening-pack.html
  17. Do we have a UK bargains thread? There's some incredibly cheap stuff at Impericon, notably the latest Dillinger for £7.99, and Gaslight's American Slang for £5.99! http://www.impericon.com/uk/sales.html?type_media=68 You get a £5 voucher when you subscribe to their mailing list, and shipping seems to be a flat £2.99 for any orders under £50, and free over that.
  18. A Hyp/Mez 2LP would be awesome, but I also wouldn't mind them separately if there was previously unreleased material with each. I doubt anyone will get this reference but when I read the thread title I heard it in the voice of the guys from the Hollywood Handbook podcast.
  19. Oh, in fact they're all reduced on HMV's online store too. That's handy.
  20. The Foos records are £12.99 with the exception of Gt Hits & TC&TS, ditto Springsteen's single LP albums (2LPs like the river are down to £15.99). I can't remember most of the titles but I the latest Weezer, Foster the People, Roots and Modest Mouse are £9.99, and so's the lavender reissue of JEW's Static Prevails.
  21. I'm gonna order from HMV and see what random variant I end up with. Regularly end up with something that was allegedly 'indie stores only'.
