  6. also, just for fun, listen to anything by John Zorn/Naked City. John Zorn is the saxophonist who did the music for Spy vs. Spy, to give you an idea.

  9. Mingus Plays Piano. Kamasi Washington's album has a lot of sax. I played trumpet as a kid, so maybe I'm used to it. Also try any Mingus album actually. Mingus Mingus! is another good one.
  10. I got a small burger from Atomic burger last night to see how my stomach would hold up and I didn't die! So that's promising... I ate it very slowly though.
  11. But I totally agree. Jazz is in general a great genre to get into as a music fan.
  12. Lol. Adult Jazz - Gist Is. But it is not a jazz album. It's very creative indie rock. Everyone should listen to it! The first track Hum isn't the best place to start, but the whole album is fantastic. Listen to Donne Tongues first maybe for the feel of the album.
  13. I discovered uncyclopedia in 8th grade while researching for a paper. I found the article about Toy Story and hilarity ensued.
  14. YES!! I know, like, opinions and all, but this album over Wildlife everyday. Wildlife is still awesome but Somewhere... is one of the most unique albums ever.
  15. I couldn't get too into Settler. Maybe I'll try it again. They kicked ass live though. It's how I found out about them. An amazing wall of noise and the vocals were on point. Their sound was just really good, too, and it was just a random bar show.
  16. The only band I found out about by looking them up because I saw their name on a t-shirt worn by a member of a band I was seeing (Vattnet Viskar).
