Opus was absolutely fantastic, really impressed me at the time. Infestissumam started the more theatrical, exaggerated themes but still a well done album which I own. Saw them live on that tour, it was great. Everything after that, hard pass for me. Yes, their entire career is tongue-in-cheek fun, but I can't even make it through a full album after LP2. So hokey, and some of the fan base became a really strange group, comparable to juggalos. No hate, just not my bag.

I wonder what labels do with all the merch they have in stock when they drop bands and remove merch from the webstore? You'd think they'd at least do a drastic discount on it and sell it off. But it kinda disappears. What, do they drop it off at Goodwill or some shit?

Mine got a shipping/tracking # already. It looks from the source page that they've sold about 1,635 as of now. Like lethal said, they did a negative counter, so it's hard to tell how many they pressed, but I think the number is accurate for how many have sold at least.

Everyone who got the Hellraiser 7" Box, how are you liking it? I love the display of it, listened to it a few times. I will say it's a bit inconvenient switching the records so often though.

Yep, that's pretty steep. But I got one, and will have the full set. At least they're spread out releases to save up for the next ones. Love the new art on this one.

Maybe it's part of the desired effect of this project... before we know it the whole thing will be released. after the final stage is out, just like the concept (disintegration of memory & passage of time), we too are confused & disoriented in the realization of how much time has actually passed since stage 1 (a few years), when it only seems just a short time ago...

$40 for a single LP? Love the music on Scenery, but that kinda makes me rethink purchasing. Yeah it hasn't been available in a long time, but it's still just a single album.

A Zerostat would be neat to try, but the price always keeps me away lol. Yeah, I must be seeing lint/fibers on the needle. If I play the record BEFORE cleaning it, the needle doesn't pick up anything really. But after cleaning, a crazy amount is picked up. To the naked eye the record looks fine though. Guess I'll have to try a different set of cloths or a clean cotton shirt instead. Shame, because these microfiber ones are soft & seemingly ideal.
