I think the epic was pretty consistently at $40-45usd when released- i found my copy for ~$32 shipped eventually, but even right now I don't see the it for less than $42 anywhere. $48-50 is fair for this, imo. If no special version gets released, I'll wait for bullmoose or Amazon preorder

Completely agree- the worst offender for me is Kutmah's bandcamp who never sent me $70 signed/limited records I ordered despite multiple inquries. Gotta keep track, because labels forget/slack, and artist direct are sometimes the worst

Agree it seems steep l, $15 for the book, but then again there's only 20 left now, and potentially more than advertised to the deluxe- hard choice..

My guess is they needed to make a certain quarterly sales volume. We may not see them again for awhile

Saw Kamaal's London show last week, and they were impressive; better than I expected live. Kamaal does have a Ray Charles-esque mannerism when playing; came off as a bit quirky and I think he exaggerates it for show, but it's just him getting into the music
