I got a new one.  With barely any liquid in it.  I sent it back and just got a refund.  They didn't really want to give me an explanation as to why the second one was subpar too.  Terrible experience overall, but I'm sure other people had better luck.

It will be interesting how they keep people from lining up too early, but I'll give it a shot in LA at The Palladium next weekend and hope there is some organization for it.
