FR threw up a tweet about the time they played Newport FF. They referenced RA would remember because his sound bled into their set. Ryan thought it was a dig and blew up at them. Then he realized it wasn't and he was contrite (hence the current pinned tweet).

Agreed. I went looking to see what they have been saying about these current reissues this year and people seem to be digging them.

Need Hot Shots 2 and zero to heroes. Don’t need the 3 eps because I have the RSD pressings. But I really like the box. its a long shot but I hope they do a tour. I’ve seen them twice and they were so great. I’d love to see them again.

Also these new reissues sound fantastic. Cut at Bernie Grundman. They sound a lot better than the originals I have despite probably being cut from digital sources (assuming the original AB and Zoo were cut from analog sources)

Totally. Invisible, Ordinary Love, Ground Beneath Her Feet. Maybe a new track for the collection. I seem to remember, when 80-90 came out, they had just signed a new deal with Island/Universal and part of the deal was 3 hits albums. I mean that’s going back 20 years and deals change, but that’s my memory. maybe U218 filled that part of the deal. But a third collection with similar design would be great.

I wonder if they'll do a third hits album/b-sides/outtakes collection akin to the gold/silver best of's for the past 18 years.

I think he’s not a “current artist” because he’s doing it through his own label. My gas is Sub Pop/Universal is helping with distribution/promotion and whatnot. So he’s not technically a SP artist.

They cancelled a Australian tour because they were in the studio. Some of the members instagrams had them in the studio even after that. Also at the last show of the tour a few weeks ago, James said something about going to finish the next record.

Or drop that new album they’ve been recording this year.

Its clearly album length, but I don't think its gonna be considered an album proper. Could be more akin to Oddsac.
