  1. http://www.pledgemusic.com/projects/john-coltrane-the-lost-album/exclusives bullmoose is taking orders too. But Pledge has Test Pressings (for $125) https://www.nytimes.com/2018/06/07/arts/music/john-coltrane-lost-album-both-directions-at-once.html?rref=collection%2Fsectioncollection%2Farts&action=click&contentCollection=arts&region=rank&module=package&version=highlights&contentPlacement=2&pgtype=sectionfront
  2. Also, can they step up the reissue stuff? Just churn out Ghost/Undermind and Round Room. This one a year shit is tedious. And you know they are gonna do slip stitch in there and make us wait another year.
  3. Surprised they didn't go with picture discs with show specific the donut art on each side.
  4. Surprised those Nsync albums aren't sold out given how fast the Brittney and Agulara albums went.
  5. I think he just does lyrics last and he enjoys being topical. Its also possible he had it done but switched out some lines with stuff thats topical.
  6. I mean, he's released 3 solo albums since MBDTF, a record with Jay, a GOOD music comp and produced and executive produced several albums. He's not done with music. But If you are getting at whether or not we'll see albums as focused and big as those first 5, I tend to agree, but I think thats more of a musical aesthetic choice and he's entitled to it. I also think MBDTF is less of a comeback and more of peak but its impossible to go higher than perfect, so it is what it is.
  7. thats fair. but at the same time, its not that great of an album. Its under developed. 3 songs here sound pretty great (All Mine, No Mistakes, Ghost Town). But hes been an artist that jumps ahead with every album. This one sounds pretty static in the Pablo sound and because of that, it falls short because these just don't stack up even to the worst tracks on Pablo. Talking about his mental illness is brave, but I feel like he says very little about it. Also, theres only 2-3 great Kanye lines on this. Most of them are pretty meh. All the lead up bullshit aside, I was let down from this project.
  8. I kinda dig these tracks. Feels more Damon than Gorillaz though. Also I’m getting a Fall type vibe from this album. We’ll see though. Also, it’s nice to see they made some merch worth a damn, with simply the original logo on a black shirt. All their other merch is pretty bunk.
  9. No stock yet http://usstore.gorillaz.com/ standard on black, deluxe on a neon blue. Pretty pricey deluxe though. $40 extra for essentially colored wax, a 70page booklet and some pins.
  10. Tiny ding along the front cover lip. Nothing terrible. Didn’t even notice until you asked TBH.
  11. its cool. Came with the blue vinyl too. Not exactly sure where my copy is on the mural. Seems like it could be the middle dip of the top of the heart.
  12. Yeah, I’m not disappointed at all. Probably not worth the $100, but I’m fine with it. Weird that they didn’t even wrap the album in a sleeve or even paper.
  13. Whipsmart is overpriced, but Whitechocolatespaceegg is a good deal (compared to Amazon prices) with the discount.
