Got my Huckberry Signed Star Wars. Came in a record mailer, but wasn't taped tightly. But it was passable. Real nice and Im happy I got it. I didn't think my order went through because for some reason it wasn't (and still isn't) in my Huckberry orders page. Apparently my Rough Trade green Scmilco shipped as well.

I wonder of JEEP and Gotta Go there will be the 2 and 3 (respectively) LP versions with the bonus cuts.

I have the original pressings, but I'd buy P&C because I have the 10" box set and thats tedious to listen to. I do love the first 4 albums from them.

Its just not mastered very well. Highs get tinney and the lows are just a fuzzy mess.

They don't. They are well done, but not better than the originals. I bought them because I had a shitty table in the 90s (not Crosley bad, but not great), so I would grade them as just G and not VG. So it's nice to have brand new copies.

Now that it seems all the PJ Vaults are out there, I wonder what they are doing for Vault 30. I don't think they'll do an acoustic album companion thing because they just did the live acoustic show for 28. I wouldn't be surprised to see a GBMS singles box set like the Elephant singles box as well as an announcement that black pressing of GBMS going out to the world (hell, its been over a year since they said it was coming out - gotta be happening soon, right?).

I compared the No Code reissue to the original pressing. I think there is a bit more depth and separation to the original, but they did a very good job on the reissue. WHo You Are has one lyrical difference from the original, but other than that, its a very good replication with good sound.

So It looks like that Rough Trade version is a different color. love the album.

I was hoping Apple was gonna do a Apple Music update this week with Trent on hand announcing new NIN record. Oh well.

Get the box set. Its most likely the new pressing which sounds perfect.
