eBay almost always sides with the buyer, so as long as you open the claim by mid-July if it's still not there, you should have no problem getting a full refund. Every single time I've had an issue like this as a buyer I've ended up with a full refund. I've even opened claims after 45 days and been reimbursed - I think the 45-days is more specific to non-eBay PayPal policy.

They were definitely up earlier today; someone I know ordered. I just tried adding one to my cart and it let me... or does it say "sold out" when you try to check out? Got mine in-store this morning.

If I knew 100% that this would absolutely never be re-pressed I would spend the $150 as this is one of my favorite albums of all time and I would spin it so much that it would be worth it, but I can't pull the trigger (my mind eraser) when I know there's a possibility of a repress.

If this is the fault of the pressing plants in this case, which it sounds like it is, I really hope they'll keep that in mind for future releases in terms of when they put up orders/pre-orders.

I have a few that are seemingly missing but I think I either sold them and forgot to remove them from my list, or they got put away incorrectly.
