  1. Also, I wish Megalith would press some of their stuff on vinyl... They have so much good stuff, and most of it (except the Toasters stuff) is CD only. Royal City Riot's albums for example are so good and in my opinion definately deserve the vinyl treatment.
  2. Or Let's Go Bowling, or Monkey's latest both of which are excellent albums. I would kill to get my hands on any LGB vinyl.
  3. Bruce Lee Band - s/t is great news! I love Beautiful World, if that one could be done too, that would be awesome! Man, this is shapping up to be a good one. I might just have to get all 4!
  4. Super excited about both! Can't wait to see the 3rd and 4th! Would still love to see the older Big D and the Kids Table records released sometime!
  5. How do you not like "Who Killed Sensei"!? That's one of the best songs on the album in my opinion. And I don't like Mavrick at all, I think that's probably the worst on the album... Just my opinion.
  6. The major problem is that the health care industry is still for profit, meaning they're still going to squeeze every penny out of you they can. As long as greedy corporations/people are in control there are going to be problems. I vote for socialized medicine like Canada or Europe, but at least hopefully health insurance will be affordable for me come 2014. We'll see.
  7. Warped Tour this year is a bag o' dicks.
  8. Mmm. San Diego. Drink it in, it always goes down smooth. Discovered by the Germans in 1904, they named it San Diago, which of course in German means "a whale's vagina".
  9. I like the keyboards in this song, it adds a nice touch. I think more punk bands need to have keys/organ, but that's just my opinion. Probably because that's what I play.
  10. Haha. Yeah, I'm kinda wondering how people in their teens can even understand the nostalgia associate with this record. I was 13-14 when this came out and I got the CD about that time. So the people 18-20 now were 6-8 years old when this came out...
  11. To me, it's pretty much on par with all the others, except for Another Way, I don't care for that one. In my opinion, there's no such thing as a bad Teenage Bottlerocket album.
  12. The guy runs an indie record label and is probably on a tight budget already. Jesus Christ cut him some slack. Wouldn't you want somebody else to do the same if you were in his shoes?
  13. Mighty Mighty Bosstones - Let's Face It, Question the Answers, and Pay Attention. The Living End - S/T The Distillers - Coral Fang The Slackers - The Question and Wasted Days Hepcat - Right on Time The Descendents - Everything Sucks These are just a few that I'd like to see. Everytime I see them on eBay, they're way too much for me to be able to afford...
  14. Jump up is one of my favorite labels. They're a bit more focused on Trad ska/Reggae than their early days, but every record they put out is really good stuff, plus the prices are great. They also get alot of imports from Liquidator Records in Spain, and Grover in Germany too, which are two other labels that I also highly recommend if you like Ska/Reggae. Usually their LPs are 10-15$ and they have free shipping on everything you order. http://www.jumpuprecords.com http://stores.ebay.com/JUMP-UP-RECORDS-SKA-REGGAE-PRO-SHOP (eBay store)
  15. I've never seen Goldfinger before, but I've heard they're good live. I wish they were doing the Atlanta date too, but I'll enjoy it regardless. Also, I'm skeptical of Reel Big Fish since Scotty left. He was probably my favorite member of the band...
  16. that looks sick! I wish I got this when I had the chance... I think the pink sold out pretty quick though...
  17. I got the the Jump Up! Records one as a birthday present, and I do not regret it. 120$ including shipping for a 12" or 2 7"s every month this year. Every release I've gotten so far has been really solid. Also Asbestos is doing one, which I would love to do, but just don't have that kind of money right now.
  18. the reviews are for the second thing are HILARIOUS!!!!
  19. I'm going to go to the Atlanta date on July 6. Pretty excited about it! Going more for Big D than the other two, but last time I saw Reel Big Fish had a blast anyways. Anybody else on here going to this tour?
  20. yeah, I wasn't a big fan of the lineup this year either... and last time I went in 2010 the heat almost killed me. For me, nothing can top 2008. Tons of great bands, and I'll never forget the first set I saw that day. The Briggs were playing and some idiot kid decided to do crowd surfing. Needless to say, the crowd wasn't dense enough, nobody caught him and he landed flat on his face right on the pavement. He was bleeding all over the place. The band literally stopped their set to get help for the kid. I don't think anything will top 2008 Warped for me again.
  21. This is so funny but at the same time so disturbing...
