He played the part in Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me. I know he's not among us anymore, but hear me out. The "Log Lady" had a chance to reprise her role before she died. And she died in 2015… I believe Phillip Jeffries also has a doppelganger just like Agent Cooper and is also dealing with it. He's been missing for even longer than Cooper.
