Band copies are always a given, and they shouldn't really have to ask. Whether you've interviewed a band or reviewed their music in your fanzine, released a compilation with one of their tracks, or reissued one of their albums, you always send through band copies.

Zero sympathy for bands/people who set themselves up for this to happen and then complain about it.

Also them not sending band copies is unacceptable.

The t-shirts are the weirdest part of this. They are definitely bootlegs.
 
Asbestos just seems more like one of those labels that looks for gaps in the market and licences/reissues already popular stuff that they know will sell, with or without the bands blessing. I guess it's all legit and above board, just a bit weird they wouldn't seek out Laura's opinions/approval, as within the context of punk rock that would be the nice thing to do. This was a release on a major though, so maybe that doesn't really matter anymore.

I went ahead and ordered four since Deathwish is the best label in hardcore and I celebrate their entire catalogue. I am very happy with everything I got, I already own several of these, but having them on different colors is cool too. Jamming through that Resurrection set right now.

Appreciate the honesty. I understand life comes first, and I told him as much several times. I'm a little surprised no one else would take issue with being told their item has shipped when it hadn't. I've never had an issue with buying from anyone on here and I hope I don't in the future. My feedback of him reflected that the item came in great condition, and yeah that's all that matters, I just thought it was wrong to be told my item had shipped when it really hadn't. Maybe I'm in the wrong.

was the licensing like four grand on this? i've licensed a few titles from other record companies before and still managed to sell them for $13 or less. 

So I have this release in this color... what is this worth for resale?

White/black turned out quite nicely and the whole package is very cohesive and well put together.

Getting pretty tired of employees (or customers I'm not sure) taking off the plastic wrap and beating the covers to shit and STILL not selling at a discount price. I saw a copy of Pure Heroine the other day, completely open, the record was bent and ripped and they were still selling it for $30.

Would have grabbed that Suicide File shirt if I was a girly man.  But alas, I am a slightly overweight man.

Chill the fuck out, it's a picture of a kid, not a picture of him at his mothers funeral.  This guy is a fucking shit head and scammed a bunch of people out of money.

I'm surprised he didn't just ignore the comment like any reasonable person would. I mean, he seems really good at ignoring things already.

I hope this guy is a better father than he is a label owner.
