  1. Yeah https://bandboxrocks.com/collections/exclusivecatalog/products/bright-eyes-noise-floor?variant=43940646650100
  2. One of the bands on this comp told me about this in 2021. I recently remembered that and figured it was scrapped or something. Such a stacked comp.
  3. Fuckin hell. There's also this note on the page: Once sold out from Domino, please visit one of these indie stores near you on release date to purchase your copy of Live From Union Transfer
  4. Live album time. "Tangerine vinyl - Limited hand numbered edition of 3500" https://www.dominomusic.com/releases/alex-g/live-from-union-transfer/limited-edition-lp?utm_source=newsletter&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=mart-new-releases-alex-g-lfut
  5. Add it to your cart and see yourself. I checked last night. It was $20 for the 10 LP option.
  6. Super tempting and really curious what the releases will be.

  8. The entire 6131 webstore is 35% off. Large distro. https://6131records.com/
  9. I'd take another 1% fee hike if they fire whoever writes their horrible blog posts and lists.

  12. Hate to see the band that was my pipeline into punk subculture making dentist office Pandora station ass music.
  13. Twitching Tongues are back. Sleep Therapy has been remastered: https://closedcasketactivities.com/products/twitching-tongues-sleep-therapy-redux 200 - Glow In The Dark (SOLD OUT) 300 - Red Gold & White Mix 500 - White/Silver Mix & Black/Silver Mix with Splatter I also will put money on Twitching Tongues are playing Sound and Fury this summer (lineup announces on Friday) and they will tour with Harms Way (Colin and Bo keep saying there's a Hard Lore tour this summer)
  14. Hazing Over is Shin Guard. They changed their name from Shin Guard to Hazing Over when that EP came out. I have the OG tape and LP of 2020. It was my AOTY when it came out… and I can’t believe how much that band lost me when they flipped to Hazing Over. Such a disappointing pivot to an overdone sound.
  15. I’ve had guys (always European) stalk my entries and dig up 10+ at a time for entries that are years old and just say shit like “needs the bitrate” or “fix the proper capitalization to meet rule 6969” on everything. I understand where they are coming from, but they are relentless and very authoritative… even when it is releases that no more 10 people will ever look at.
  16. I'm assuming everyone else's Discogs wantlist/marketplace is nearly half scam accounts listings. It's tons and tons of "New Seller accounts" selling expensive things and rare things a tad cheaper. Listings even have believable product gradings and descriptions. I've even seen old accounts get hacked (so they have reputable feedback) and then start listing things. If you look at some of the new RSD listings (like Taylor and The 1975) you can see people who clearly don't have the eyes for this talk about getting tricked I haven't seen any chatter about this here and haven't seen Discogs address it, which is surprising because it's been going on for like most of 2023 so far and getting even more predatory and clever. I hope it gets better because I rarely ever look closely at the Marketplace now.
  17. My store got 500 copies of Taylor. But they didn’t have anything else I wanted so I got Taylor and a copy of first press of Terror - Keepers of the Faith. I hate RSD so much.
  18. I saw them open for both White Reaper and Citizen at the same venue a few months apart. Citizen show was absolutely perfect energy and they called it the best stop on tour (later in an interview.) White Reaper show was way different, which I expected because it's not a perfect pairing at all. They weren't struggling by any means, but it was mostly rows of indie rock kids in Strokes and Arctic Monkeys shirts staring at them. Catchiest songs for you to begin with: Pressure Cooker, Do It Faster, Ain't No Flowers, Don't Pick Up the Phone
  19. 20. Lotta people been taking about in music that collaborations, supergroups, etc aren’t ever as good as the sum of its parts… but that song sure as hell is.
