  1. I agree with that. It’s annoying. Speaking of 3 EPs, the new Sleepmakeswaves is so bad & I’m glad I never ordered that. They should never use vocals again. Ever. Please.
  2. Yeah I Po’d the 3-color https://translationloss.com/products/death
  3. Cloudkicker - Beacons test press. I have almost every CK album’s test press. All but this one (& Little Histories).
  4. I long for the days of their ambient perfection, but this one hits REAL hard. Reminds me of if Russian Circles wrote “Collider”. Stoked on the killer looking vinyl. Coastlands is the one “Dunk core” band I have a soft spot for.
  5. RTJ Heads. Psychonaut Mild Orange Whale Fall
  6. That club variant is 🔥🔥🔥. And yeah The Web is like top 3 TS for me
  7. Blankenberge is great. Very dreamy & ethereal. Both albums are enjoyable but I definitely like More more lol. Check out Air Formation if you want a similar sound & haven’t listened already.
  8. DOING EVERYTHING I CAN... to maybe find more stock
  9. Has Big Brave been mentioned here yet? Because dam.
  10. Tennis System pulled off the “raw” sound on Lovesick Nothing wanted to on Dance but failed at.
  11. Came here to say this. They sound how they should have sounded.
  12. Dang, $15 shipped? Was gonna pass til I saw how cheap it was. I love this album so much.
  13. You guys should check out this random band I came across. Parachute For Gordo Kind of hard to describe but maybe a heavier, proggier sounding Vasudeva? “Markhor Parkour” & “A Dingo Ate My Disco” are absolutely ridiculous. “Dingo...” has the tastiest bassline I’ve heard in a minute.
  14. Also, I don’t know if this sale lasts past today, but Timelost had all merch including vinyl & cassettes for 30% off on their Bandcamp (wearetimelost.bandcamp.com) with code “LAIDOFF”.
  15. If Graveface indeed was the only option for Tennis System, they are sold out. I’m assuming that’s definitely the only place for it considering Tennis System posted a screen grab showing “295 copies sold” before announcing “5 left”. I ordered at 1158am EST. I want that #’d 1/300 haha.
  16. Forgot to post everything I bought first time around so my list is below. Probably won’t go as crazy this time but still gonna look for some good stuff. Will dig through some of the lists you guys posted. But here’s what I snagged last time... Unconditional Arms (someone else mentioned them & I back hard. they are posting a previously released 2-song EP, which was removed from streaming services about a year ago for some reasons, but also adding an unreleased song. great post-rock jams.) Coffin Salesman (this was a band I only first discovered that day. but it’s like Murder By Death with irish-punk energy. the singer is absolutely an acquired taste, of which I’m honestly still unsure of lol, but instrumentally it 100% rips. their LP was only $10 that day which is the main reason I snagged.) Ovlov (incredibly catchy 90s alt/punk shoegaze) Moira (moody, chill, almost fusion-esque post-rock with killer vocals) Minor Movements (i already owned Bloom but I bought the 2 new songs released this year. more great post-rock. a mix of ambient/post-metalish/post-rock.) Wide Waters (killer ambient post-rock. one of my new goto nap albums) Carved Into the Sun (raw, noodly, riff-heavy post-metal) Also my number one recommendation is Lowercase Roses. This is my buddy Matt’s solo project & his newest, Titanic Planet is honest to God one of my favs of the year so far. He plays everything himself & it’s like a mix of indie/alternative/synth pop. I really think he’s putting out some of the more unique music out there right now.
  17. This new Driving Slow Motion song is one of my new favs of the year...
  18. I liked the OG version of Morrissey better sans vocals but I still like this. Although it takes a bit too long to get to its peak. Waiting to hear the whole album before deciding on vinyl.
  19. Ok yes I think this is more accurate & probably why I didn’t love it as much as everyone else haha.
  20. Let me preface this by saying I think Vasudeva makes enjoyable jams. But they’re mostly a “throw on in the background casually” band for me. However, does it seem to anyone else that they literally just make the same exact album every couple years?
