Ended up with the clear splatter. Black splatter was my favorite but didn't get to it in time. Almost bought the half/half, but I'm betting the shades of pink and blue won't be true to the album art

How valuable is this presumed record? I mean is anyone going to take a flyer on this being the pressing they're looking for when the relevant info is inside the jacket?

If you don't open to make sure it's mint, you should say it's "presumed mint". There could be damage in shipping that you can't see unless you open. I don't think opening is going to scare away anyone who is serious about owning the record

I think cloudy refers to the "clear". As in, it's hazy. I'm talking about this effect, which looks like it's what's being done to the orange:

People are funny. Both are out of /1000 but the first one that appears sold out significantly faster than the second. Either people really prefer red over blue, or they panicked and clicked the first assuming it was more limited.

I'm getting that Zia exclusive. I think it's going to look better than the mockup. Seems like a clear base with heavy orange splatter/ghouly looking things. Actually, while I'm at it: does anyone know what they call that design? It's not exactly a splatter; seems like the effect you'd get if you used too much splatter in one place and made little blobs of the color.

First time I've ever had this many technical issues with a drop (where it wasn't widespread).... I guess also the first time I've ever done it on a phone. Ended up with the /700 after getting errors for the other variants.

I wonder if it's just a standard black. I was able to get both of the first 20th anniversary press, so I'll be sitting this one out.

Vagrant is really going to town with these releases. Does anyone know when the last batch of these 25th anniversary will go on sale? I'm guessing they're saving the best for last.

Maybe a few more before they release... Likely some record store exclusives? We also don't have a retail or indie variant. Then again, SC had very few variants so I also wouldn't be surprised if this was it until September.

I also rarely buy more than one variant at a time, so there's also that. I would've liked to secure a /100 and nothing else. If I were collecting all variants, I could see how this is better

I'm not a fan of the way they release vinyl. I had a feeling it would be like this... A few variants that are not very limited. I get why they do it, but the collector in me likes the thrill of scrambling to get the most limited variants.

I really hope this isn't their last. They've done a great job of maturing their sound without sounding like shit.

The +$15 also gets you a 180g version of the record , if you're into that sort of thing. Oh and also the jacket is different (will store the 7 inch and is matte)
