This album (in the form of a CD) was the first music purchase I ever made. Probably one of my biggest nostalgia records. I keep thinking I'm almost done with the nostalgia purchases, but I keep finding new ones. None of this stuff is anything I wouldn't listen to again, anyway

You have to wonder what goes into the quality control process at these labels. It's very rarely that I find a lyric sheet that doesn't have obvious spelling errors or lyrics that just flat out don't exist in the music.

Yup. I actually already bought it through bandcamp UK. I meant that I wish it was made available for reasonable shipping to the US.

I had read that somewhere too, but just figured it was wrong since it sold out so quickly on the Vagrant store. Interesting. I got the baby blue and pink pinwheel variant because I liked it better; cool to know it's (presumably) the more limited variant.

Where do you see the variant? I see no mention of the colors

I think that's enough to ask for an exchange. They're still available so there should be no reason they don't ship you a new jacket at least.

I think I would've traded this for the repress of the original that you all got earlier this year

Mine came with a loose sleeve inside the jacket, I guess for storage. The placement of the actual 7 in was awful. My copy is very scratched. Pops are audible in most of the song.

I bought the box set because I'll likely want every EP. I figure that with individual shipping, the extra price I'd be paying for the box + most limited variants of each is palatable...

Checkout was effortless. Seems like they implemented a queue system. Thankfully I didn't see the test press bundle because I may have gotten greedy and gone for it. Would've definitely missed out.

The wording IS awful. The announcement says "available on so and so time and date, with more to come"... As in, more information to come about this release, or more releases to come?

I know I was complaining about the Vagrant 10"s, but an EP box set probably should be 10", at least if you don't care about printed side Bs and stuff like that. While I wish they'd repress some of the LPs, I love box sets so I'm pretty stoked for this

I'm down for this. I love WHOSO and it's been going for 150-200 on Discogs. I'm going to guess that this will be priced at around $100.

YES these are the scenes that I won't forget. It makes you feel like you're watching a boring 1920s drama gone horribly, horribly, wrong.

I weigh both. I'll start with the most limited, and if it doesn't look very good, I'll go down to the second most limited and evaluate that one. Price is also a factor. If it's a release I don't care about, or if it's pressed yearly or has 10,000 initial units, I'll just get the retail variant on Amazon and save on shipping.
