    Jus remember when you're feeling achy, foggy headed, cramping muscles your body needs electrolytes, so either drink some chicken broth or put some salt in a zero calorie vitamin water. Keto is a great way to drop weight quickly just remember to have a high carb day every now and then.

    I Wish I could get into it, I love his voice but I just can't get past the lyrics. It was the same thing with Dustin Kensrue and his religious album. If that's your thing, that's great it's more SC to listen to, I'm not mad at that at all haha

    Also, to keep this bump somewhat relevant, Stephen has a new solo song out called "Trust" of his new album Wildfires which comes out July 28. 

    Just a disclaimer, Stephen's new music is heavily religion themed. Wildfire is good but the overly religious lyrics kill it for me. Not saying it's bad but it's not my thing.

    Edit: ok it was the inclusion of high fructose corn syrup in MW my bad. This seems to have changed over the years tho

    Also, your use of greek yogurt, that's the educated choice i'm talking about! Low in carbs and generally fat, high in protein! Good choice! A+

    All good man, I teach a nutrition unit to my high school students and the amount of misinformation they have about food, sugars, fats, proteins, calories, etc.. is astounding. It's so much about making the educated choice when purchasing/ingesting food. I could go on forever about it but back to the sangwich talk!

    There's less than one gram of sugar in mayo and typically 1 gram of sugar or less in miracle whip. The only reason I'm correcting you is because nutrition is an important part of life and people tend to think this, that, and the other thing about nutrition when all it does is spread more misinformation. Sorry, it's the coach, athlete, health/PE teacher in me.

  8. Context clues; the post said next week, not Tuesday at 1pm eastern. People have been salivating over a LN repress, if there was a date/time released it would've been posted. I absolutely didn't need to make a snide comment and I'm generally a really nice helpful person on this board, however, I'd assume that if there was an exact date and time long the post TBS made it would've been posted. This thread has been updated every step of the way, to ask a question such as "does anyone know the date and time?" is just stupid and adds zero to the thread discussion. Another example is my wise-ass remark.

    I live 10 minutes from the Merch Now shipping facility, know someone who works there and it still takes 5 days to get to me. They are located in Albany, I'm one town away in Guilderland. It leaves the warehouse hits New Jersey, then Mass. then back to Albany, then to me! It's ridiculous. I feel your pain.

    They use the wodify app now but you can see a bunch of historical WODs on the website (WOD is Workout - of - Day for anyone reading and wondering wtf is a WOD).

    This is where I'm going, http://www.crossfitspur.com they usually post their wods on instagram. I was in portland maine this weekend and swung by Misfit crossfit it was a dope ass gym but i didn't get to work out though. Andy Hurley (fall out boy drummer) is affiliated with them. I have my last on ramp class tomorrow so I can start actual classes this weekend, I cannot wait!

Still think it's a bit of a ripoff (I could do everything I do there in my basement with equipment I already have) but I've reached the point in my life where fitness (and motivation for fitness) are more valuable than money.     Biggest trouble for me has been flexibility. I haven't touched my toes in probably 15 years. I'm getting close. Still have a lot of issues with wrist, lat, hip tightness that I'm working through over time. It just hadn't been a problem before given the way I lifted.

     

    I can post the workouts here if people want (not going to do all the warmups, stretches, etc...Just the WOD). Today was:

    25 cleans (95#)

    25 wall balls (20#)

    100m sprint

    4m for the workout (start doing cleans again after you get through it once)

     

    4m rest

     

    Same but 20 reps

     

    4m rest

     

    Same but 15 reps

     

    Scale down for women or up if you are in really awesome shape.

    Dude, I just joined one as well! I was the biggest crossfit hater for so long but after meeting the coaches at the gym and looking at what they're doing, I've completely changed my mind. Having a background in lifting has really helped accelerate my progress though the on ramp portion, Hopefully I'll start actual classes next week. I have two more sessions of on ramp. I'll update as I go! Where are you going to? I'd love to see their WOD's if they have them posted.
