  1. Damn, I didn't even know that was valuable now. I grabbed mine for like $10 used years ago.
  2. What ever happened to not worrying about what someone else does (when they're not hurting anyone else obviously)?
  3. I used to tip my mailman based on his likes/interests. Unfortunately, these days I have a different dude damn near everyday.
  4. US OG or UK OG in the box style package? If it's the UK version then I would consider that "earth shattering" on my end. That's my most wanted Sabbath item.
  5. I've got tons and tons of great deals over the years. Some of these were purchased at retail as they came out but I'll list em anyway. Here's a bunch of stuff I can remember off the top of my head: Failure - Comfort (promo) - $4.99 Failure - Comfort (Reissue test pressing) - $40 Failure - Magnified (Test pressing) - $40 Deftones - 7 Words 7" - Free Sleep - Vol. 2 7" - $3 Tool - Ænima (OG) - $19.99 Desert Sessions 10" Volumes 3-6 - $7 each Melvins - Honky - $10 Melvins - Bullhead - $10 Melvins - 8 Songs (white) - $8 Melvins/Nirvana - Velvet Underground covers split 7" (Pink) - $2 Beastie Boys - The In Sound From Way Out - $8 Engine Kid - s/t 7" (Test pressing) - $3 Gamma Ray (pre-QOTSA) - If Only Everything 7" - $5 Lusk - Free Mars - $10 Nirvana - In Utero (Clear OG) - $15 Nirvana - Incesticude (Blue swirl OG) - $15 Swervedriver - Mezcal Head (Reissue test pressing) - $30 Queens of the Stone Age - Lullabies to Paralyze (OG) - $20 QOTSA - Songs for the Deaf (OG UK version) - $25 QOTSA/Beaver - Split 10" - $7
  6. So it's been talked about I'm sure but the Melvins 'Atlantic Era' albums are gonna be released through Third Man. This is gonna be one expensive fucking undertaking for me since I'm a huge collector nut when it comes to Melvins. I'm gonna ask in advance, if anyone lives near the TM store and can help me with any possible Melvins variant shenanigans, let me know. I will hook you up with free records and what not. Any possible help in the future regarding these releases will be well beyond appreciated.
  7. 2 weeks isn't that long. At least to me. I guess I'm just used to the "old days" of mail order. I will say that I ship stuff out right away when it comes to sales, trades etc etc. Oh well, I just don't see a few weeks of waiting to be that big of a deal when I'm ordering online.
  8. Some of their 7s are $50, not all. There's a lot of man hours that go in to their more expensive art editions.
  9. Haha. I'll never forget that one guy getting mad about the package Kriss sent him a few years ago (I think the dude's name is Sean or Scott...or something). I got a good laugh out of that situation. I miss Kriss posting around here.
  10. My mistake on that one. I thought you were comparing what AmRep does to Newbury at first. My apologies. Oh and fuck Newbury Comics.
  11. Fantastic. Now please stop bumping this unless it's actually happening. IMO, I'm sure they will put out some more vinyl at some point as they have had success with their G&P online store.
  12. Please don't lump AmRep in with the nonsense Newbury is pulling. A ton of hard work goes in to what AmRep does and Haze pays the bands EXTREMELY well.
  13. Still looking to trade my original copy if anyone has any Melvins stuff I'm looking for.
  14. Only looking to trade. Obviously but I've actually had many PMs from people with Melvins stuff. Unfortunately, it was stuff I already had. I already own it. Thanks for your interest though.
  15. I'd trade it for records if you're actually interested in it.
  16. Hope I can make it to the SF date. I love Satan's Satyrs so I'm glad they're opening.
