Yeah, they look like they're maybe 15 at most, but the music surprised me. It will be interesting to see how they develop through the years.

These box sets just seem like a shuffle of the albums they released in the previous box sets. I have the previous number 2 set and it came with- Shakara, Expensive Shit, Monkey Banana, Na Poi, Sorrow Tears and Blood, and Authority Stealing. This one also came with a booklet and postcards of Fela's wives. A Fela box is the way to go unless you want to spend a crapload for originals.

Yeah, I felt that way about the MDAM bundle. I sent it back and they still charged me shipping. The whole thing chapped me and now I try to avoid merchnow and I haven't even bought the new MDAM record(even though they technically had nothing to do with the fiasco). That is good to know. I don't know if I can shell out that kind of money anyway.

The mock up of the glow in the dark does look really cool. Is Indie merch just a sub of merch now? When I preordered the MDAM "tri-color" bundle merchnow didn't even email me to let me know that it changed to grey. The glow in the dark could turn into grey and for $75 I don't think I want to risk it. Lava is cool enough and more limited.

What glow in the dark record? I only saw lava and the pic disc.

Got mine. Lots of squishiness. I am going to store the record separately from the jacket. I don't want to risk my records getting flooded with goo and glitter. Record sounds great. Completely awesome all the way around.

Yeah, I was in the Berkeley Amoeba looking for Deafheaven. I didn't know where to look, punk, black metal, rock...? Checked all sections and they didn't have it anyway. I would rather that anything remotely rock just be in one rock section.
