  1. It was also pressed on grey vinyl. Both versions were somewhat limited but I've never seen a copy sell for more than $25 or $30US. Probably less now that it's available again in some fashion.
  2. Jonah Matranga will do a personal song too. Or at least he used to. I guarantee he'll do it for less than $1200!
  3. I definitely regret selling my Get Up Kids Loveteller test press w/ with hand-made leaf sleeve. Traded it to someone on this board for a few records, including a copy of The Moon Is Down that ended up having a split seam. Should've just kept it and shelled out the cash for the FSF record.
  4. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&_trksid=p4340.l2557&rt=nc&nma=true&item=220773323813&si=MgiDtLpNjf%252FwA8KjkyFdHnxuwK8%253D&viewitem=&sspagename=STRK%3AMESINDXX%3AIT Welp. Guess I'll never get this one.
  5. Mine definitely has a visible warp. I can see the needle rising if I get level with the disc. It's really not the end of the world, but for an "audiophile pressing" I'm not impressed, no matter where in the chain the problem is. Just to be clear, I'm talking about the quietest part- about 3:20 into the song. It's kind of lost in the noise on the louder parts.
  6. Sure, but they'll just give you a refund or another jacked copy and you're out shipping as they don't have an RMA program.

  8. I hope Rich Egan donates some money. That would be hilarious.
  9. I got this copy from BSM but ordered a backup from eBay in case that one didn't go through. Maybe I'll open that one and see how it looks. Pretty bummed, but it's only audible on that one song. Maybe I'll try an email.
  10. Is this limited like the Into the Wild soundtrack was? I'm curious but would rather wait and hear some of it before I drop some cashish on it.
  11. I'll probably sell my Western Tread press (non-gatefold). Drop me a PM if you've got a price in mind.
  12. Same place as the JTB reissues: Jade Tree limbo. Though I'm surprised to see that TPR originals are selling for only like $20 these days. There was a time that Nothing Feels Good would fetch $40 or $50.
  13. It would take more than Matt Pryor playing my wedding to convince me to get married, but that is a fine idea.
  14. http://www.foreignleisure.com/ $16 shipped, which seems a bit pricey I guess since I got mine for $11 at a show. I guess shipping costs have to be factored in and this is a pretty small press, so I doubt they're really jacking the price up on us much. Good tunes, good dudes. Order up!
  15. I just listened to my copy and the first disc has a pretty serious warp towards the center. Makes the soft parts of "Hear You Me" sound like they're drunk. Bummed.
  16. Now THAT is a test pressing label. Sweet win, dude!
  17. Saw that the other day and asked my girlfriend if I should sell my copy. She said, "Probably." There were two pressings of this though I think, and I'm not sure how to tell the difference.
  18. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&_trksid=p4340.l2557&rt=nc&nma=true&item=280661525082&si=MgiDtLpNjf%252FwA8KjkyFdHnxuwK8%253D&viewitem=&sspagename=STRK%3AMESINDXX%3AIT I mean, I like the Foo Fighters too and all, but... When the hell will they finally repress this shit.
  19. That song never did anything for me. For my money, it's the acoustic No Sensitivity for the win. No need for it to be on vinyl I guess, as it was just a radio show taping, but I still prefer the full band one on as far as the Jebediah split goes.
  20. I bought a new legit copy of Siamese Dream not two years ago at Reckless here in Chicago. And I'm not sure Gish ever went out of print. I guess a remaster on HQ vinyl might be okay though, as my copies of those are pretty flimsy.
  21. Time to pull the Dear You poster out of my parents basement. When they were on this tour they had a stack of the full posters for free at the Gainesville Stop. I snagged a 12X12 flat at Record Warehouse in Madison when I was 15. Has tape marks on the back. Think I'll keep it.
