  1. No need to ask about where record stores are located in any city you visit. Just download the app Vinyl District.
  2. Yes and no. While it wasn't the deluxe---there are/were limited colored vinyl versions that were possibly available when you ordered. You will have to wait and see.
  3. Don't forget the Pampers LP---not to be missed. Then head to Dull Tools and order a copy of Yuppies debut.
  4. Hank dies---that call to Marie definitely seals it. Jesse gets away. Walt balks at having to cook because they didn't get their intended target and cause Walt all kids of shit so it's the neo-nazis that Walt is going after/running from.
  5. I love Acoustic Research. I have a pair of AR-2ax. If anyone on the East Coast needs their AR speakers repaired/updated---this is your guy. http://www.classicloudspeakerservices.com/about.html
  6. I agree with most of what you say regarding the house guests but I think I'm definitely pulling for Judd. Elissa gets on my nerves.
  7. I don't know that McCrae is delusional---I think he's pussy whipped. He wants to stand up to her for her bullshit but he doesn't.
  8. Islands Black Lips Broken Social Scene Stephen Malkmus Titus Andronicus Kurt Vile Dum Dum Girls Crystal Antlers
  9. Those seem to be different topics---more skewed toward value.
  10. http://store.ewhite.com/product/mini-lp-cards-pack-of-9
  11. I can only dream of having that served at my school---it would take a fucking miracle.
  12. To be fair to the Mac line---this "budget" receiver was $949 in 1979. This means that it would be a little over 3K in 2013.
  13. The request seemed cut and dry rather than open ended---very specific, in fact. It matters when the recommendation is lousy---the kid was asking for authentic reggae recommendations---not some stateside, white boy watered down bullshit aping a culture they know little about. Don't be daft---you know what's what.
  14. It's not what the person was asking for in terms of 70s and 80s reggae recommendations.
  15. You should stay away from this stuff---definitely not what you're looking for.
  16. Here are some artists to get you started. Check out their releases during the period you're interested in and you can start to build your collection. Jacob Miller Junior Murvin Dennis Brown Burning Spear Dillinger The Congos Bunny Wailer Peter Tosh Culture Max Romeo Big Youth Agustus Pablo The Mighty Diamonds Black Uhuru Third World Jackie Mittoo U-Roy Lee Scratch Perry
  17. Eleven years ago, when I was living in New Haven, Cutler's barley carried vinyl if any at all.
