I had pretty much the same experience. I really wouldn't have cared at all if he just would have said 'sorry, I haven't been able to send it out yet, but I'll keep you updated'. Instead he did the exact same thing as he did to you. Claims to have sent it out but can't get me the tracking number until tomorrow night. Multiple times. I did eventually get the record, and he was apologetic, as he was to you. The whole lying about sending it out was just long and unnecessary.

I've been somewhat detached from Alk3 and Dan Andriano the last few years, but these positive reviews, plus having Mike Huguenor contribute on guitar have swayed me to check it out.

I've talked with Linda before as well. Didn't get much of a back story, but for what it's worth she was incredibly studious and had exceptional customer service. I really didn't seem at odds when dealing with her/them.

I bought a Neil Young test from them and asked about it. They talk about having a 'supplier' and I didn't get much more info out of them. This test was from Pallas MFG in Germany(which a lot of them seem to be). They normally state how many tests there are, and for most I've seen, it's been about 20.

Everyone should buy this. Can't wait!
