yup. prefer it in the 200s also. due to the cost, i did have to go back up to the 300s for game 5 of the finals last year and it was just fine. just not my preferred vantage point. i've been to bell centre and what used to be scotiabank in ottawa and sat way up high though. montreal was weird because of that cat walk getting in the way of the jumbo tron. ottawa was not bad, and i think i was 2nd to last row there.

my husband's a labor/employment attorney and he said that they're supposed to provide you reasonable accommodation without necessarily creating a new job/position just for you, in your case that could simply entail more frequent breaks. at least that's how it'd be in CA where he practices. I'm not sure what the labor laws in your state are and what the federal laws are. I tried to ask hubs more but he's asleep (I basically poked him awake to ask, haha). your best bet is to do what others have suggested and seek a labor/employment or disability attorney in your state.

ya, i heard back from anna last night basically saying the same thing. they're swamped with putting everything together and packaging it up, they even have the band helping. she also mentioned the issue with the mispress. i told her no hurry, i just wanted to make sure everything was ok with my order. then just half an hour ago, i got notice that my order shipped, so i'm excited.
