Man, no Budsmoker's Only? It's on the video, but I don't see it on the tracklist, one of my favorites. Would LOVE to see E. 1999 repressed, the best and really only rap album I ever listened to.

I waited 3 months for a replacement record jacket mailed from the UK. Thought they forgot but postage said 3 months prior.

It looks like they may have jumped the gun on the Ayreon and PoS vinyl. Arjen says on his facebook that the Human Equation vinyl is "coming soon, more later." That was today. They're no longer listed on the shopping page or the main Prog Rock banner. In other news, GoHastings has the PoS disc and The Light for preorder...$30 though.

My copy has a seam split which pisses me off so I'm looking for a better copy, if I find one it's yours. Should never pay more than $15 for a copy of Them, they are pretty common.

I'm not into punk, but Amoeba Hollywood does as good of a job as you can separating Metal from Rock, there's always some question marks, like older Metal, they usually put all that stuff (Maiden, Sabbath, Priest) in Rock, but stuff like King Diamond and Mercyful Fate is in Metal. All Prog, even new stuff like Dream Theater is in Rock. If it's Prog Metal or Power Metal (mostly Euro Metal) it's in Metal. Overall I love going into Amoeba, because if you don't find it in one section there's always a chance it will be in another section, and that circle goes on and on until you leave with 10 things you didn't even want when you came in and forgot about the one thing you came for!

How much is the Junius?

The good news is that a.) they look cool as hell and b.) they are cut from the original master tapes, not the shitty remasters. But, in terms of sound quality, obviously picture discs are a mixed bag (it is preference, as I have a couple that sound good and they don't scratch easily, but the vinyl is almost always noisy). Not to mention the originals of these are readily available for cheap and sound great. I'm not a Maiden collector, just a fan so I'm passing, I'll use the $ to buy the OG copies I'm missing.

Huge King Diamond and Mercyful Fate fan. KD moreso, just getting into Fate, got Don't Break The Oath on wax the other day. What a great record. Atmosphere, riffs, and insane twists and turns. King's vox are derided by many but his vocals are so fitting for the music.

CM said they have no plans to get these, but they did send a note to one of their buyers. Might just have to ebay, fuck I really want all of these releases, definitely Ayreon and DT.

I mean they did put out the Lateralus pic disc and are continuing to press Undertow and Opiate. Seems silly to me.

I saw a bunch of sealed import Aenimas at Amoeba the other day, I think it was $35 a piece. Weird how legit places can sell these with no issues. Why the hell hasn't this been reissued?

Hmm, I was afraid I would feel the same way about the album. Haven't been impressed by the two released snippets for similar reasons... I thought they hit the water mark of their recent pro-tools era with Forsaker off Night is the New Day. The best song on that in my opinion was the most experimental "Departer" and most of that was due to the guest vocals. I do love Jonas vocals, they are just so original, but I think if they went more raw and experimental on the next one it would be a breath of fresh air.

I recall spinning Perfect Element in high school, cool disc, I was confused by the vocals at first. "Be" is probably my favorite from them, a very unique album, which is hard within that genre sometimes.
