Man, this second month is crazy compared to the first.

Have ordered from Broken Hive Records a few times and always top customer service. Once, I preordered a 7" and there was a bit of a delay, but communication was great and it ended up coming with a hand written "thanks for your patience & support... (etc.. was longer than that though)" note from the band. Great stuff.

Start of week 3 fit test done! Feels good to improve a little. Switch Kicks: 40 > 53 (+13) Power Jacks: 40 > 47 (+7) Power Knees: 68 > 83 (+15) Power Jumps: 27 > 34 (+7) Globe Jumps: 7 > 10 (+3) Suicide Jumps: 12 > 15 (+3) Push-up Jacks: 17 > 27 (+10) Low Plank Oblique: 27 > 39 (+12) I dunno, felt like I was going faster than the dude in the video when I was doing the power jumps but he apparently ended up with way more than me! But man, that girl in the videos is insanely fit

Halfway through week 2! Excited for the Fit Test on Monday to see if I've improved. Definitely feel like I have pushed myself further each time I repeat a workout.

Cardio recovery was a life saver but that 15 minutes straight of pure cardio this morning was insaaaaaane! Power knees seemed the easiest in the fit test but felt so much harder half way through a cardio session like that!
