It's crazy how $3-4 will make you realize how something is a bad idea. It seems silly to scoff at that when the starting price was $30 for a single LP, but it was enough to snap me out of it. Gonna wait and see if amazon gets this for around the $15 mark and use my newly purchased prime acct for free shipping.

Yea true story, rise definitely has inconsistent promotion for their artists. They seem to stick with what has always made them money and most of their new artists with a different sound for them get the shaft.

Usually on merchnow limited preorders you can load up your cart and it will adjust to how many are left. This one just seems to stay at 1000, so you could be right about them pressing however many get ordered after a set period of time.

Dads - BYTA LP update We have been waiting until we had some more solid information as to why we do not have these records yet before posting an update. Here is the current situation:

The plant we are using for this record has a broken press. Half the plant is still down and records are barely trickling out. The BYTA project has been in line for pressing for so long now that I can’t imagine it taking that much longer.

We apologize immensely for the delays and will post new information as soon as we have it.
