mine is too, but that is standard for that type of sleeve. I hate those things. I know they wanted to show off the etching, but I wish this just came in a regular sleeve.

Lindsay and Joel are super nice, but they really need to get it together. This isn't the first time the site has borked under pressure. They messed up my last couple orders, and I still haven't heard about my ITTCT order. They always make it right in the end, but this isn't a great business model. They probably could have sold a ton of stuff already today.

I also received instructions with the promo code. Price doesn't work out to be exactly the same, but it's within a couple bucks, so I'm happy. I'm really glad they responded like this.

I ordered during that first period, and my order was canceled. Not sure if there is any rhyme or reason to this. A little frustrating.

I could see this argument if it was up once, for a short-time at that price, but they listed the product more than once at that price. It wasn't a short-term goof-up. And I wouldn't be so upset if they came out and said something like "This was an error or technical problem with our pricing, and we can not offer the product at this price." But instead, they lie and say "They can't get any." and a couple days later it's on the site at a higher price. It's bullshit business.

I've contacted them as well. This is such bullshit.
