Generally, I agree that reunions just don't work well, and things were probably best left as they were. However, given that, they are the people creating the music, doing what they want to do. You don't have to listen to anything new. I'm hopeful that the Quicksand reunion will be great. I was really impressed with the new Rival Schools stuff, and will take just about anything Walter and co. can give to us.

They definitely all stand on their own. I just don't care for Gleason's vocals, and the mix felt overproduced on HTSAF. I really don't like Gleason's version of "There, Now I've Said It." Bunch's lyrics and vocals (as "Bleed") just seem a lot more fitting to me. With such a strong vocalist influence on the sound of the music, I tend to think of them as 3 different bands.

I had the same reaction. I mostly thought the songs were pretty lame. It sounded more like a dashboard album than from FSF. Still, I hate judging by little snippets. Will still give the album a proper listen before judging, but I'm not going to be jumping on any preorders based on that teaser

I thought Gleason era FSF was terrible. Mostly I just didn't care for his vocal stylings, but the music wasn't as good either. Bunch was a good fit for the band, and I thought Hide Nothing was under appreciated. Curious to hear what they sound like with Carrabba back in front.

would love a 2xLP of the whole album. That single LP with missing tracks is worthless, IMO.

anyone able to confirm if this is remastered or not? The original is mastered for crap and suffers from clipping.

They can be somewhat slow with shipping. I've ordered from them before without problem, but it's taken a while. But hey, international shipping was cheap!

I'd love to know if these are actually different from the version that is getting distributed. different packaging? color? so far, nothing seems to indicate that the tour copies are unique.
