a mixture of both. Lost Seaman, We're Going Dancing Tonight and Never Long Gone are different than what they sound like now. Gutted and Loud And Crowded are similar to what they currently sound like.

that's actually not their first album. they self released quite a few things prior to All That We Know, at least 4 full lenghts and 1 EP. 2 EPs if you to count the s/t 7" that silver sprocket eventually picked up. All That We Know is just their first full length to be released by a label and pressed on vinyl. most of the songs on that picture disc P+P released are re-recorded version of old songs, there is only 1 new song on that record. i think most of their earlier stuff is fairly easy to find using google. go to the band's website and look at the music section for all their releases.

that is Virigl's ebay account, who used to run these boards, runs Suburban Home Records and had a distro (Vinyl Collective) that was great for a few years then failed miserably due to money issues to keep things brief. he's pulled a lot of dick moves in the past but no need to pile more bullshit on to his reputation. he's not flipping anything, he is listing what remains of his distro starting at 99 cents.

sadly ebay won't ever stop this guy because they are still making money off him as he does go through several successful transactions either as the buyer or seller before reverting back to being a jackass, which gives ebay lots of money in service fees

my blue copy from the second pressing has the same center label and doesn't have a screened cover. did they even do screened covers for this?

could easily be buyer's remorse. if he spent a bunch of money on it and now regrets it he could just be a dick and wants his money back. a good tell would be to see when he first contacted you about it. did he contact you day 13 of your 14 days money back that was in your listing? from personal experience you're best off just giving in to him. dealing with idiots and/or dicks like him you won't win. at this point just cut your losses. have him return it, have him pay return shipping and once it arrives refund him. and in the future say in your listing everything sold as is, no returns.

most likely a boot. Hot Fuss had quite a few bootleg pressings. the only legit pressings i'm aware of are the translucent blue U.S. pressing done by Island/The Control Group and the baby blue UK pressing done by Lizard King. there is also that box set thing with the t-shirt that's on translucent blue too. i think Bravado had a hand in that. and there is also a 7" box set with one 7" for every song on the album.

if Bush - Golden State is actually on vinyl i am interested in it.

probably goes without saying but if you don't have to order stuff from Victory don't. decided against my better judgement and ordered something from them, the new Streetlight record, then decided to cancel my order after the album got pushed back a few months. they took a few days to actually refund me from the day they said they would through email and when they did they just sent me a payment through Paypal rather than issuing me a refund from the transaction. as a result there were fees attached so i didn't receive all of my money back. now i am fighting with those idiots about getting all of my money back, they can't grasp what they did wrong on their end.

are you kidding me? Swisher's defense is atrocious. sure he makes an amazing play like once a month. but sprinkled in between those amazing plays are belly flops, somersaults and pointless leaps when the ball is 15 feet over his head on it's way to sailing off the wall where he doesn't come up with the ball. he's allowed batters to take so many extra bases because of some bone headed decisions he makes in right. he over commits on 90% of balls which costs him making the play. he tries to make amazing catches just to make himself look good, rather than playing the ball on the hop in order to keep it in front of him. it's like he thinks a single is the end of the world but doesnt care if the guy gets to second or third because he lets the ball get past him. with runners on his decisions on how to play the ball get even worse. it got so bad this year that every game I watched when a ball was hit to shallow right, down the line or in the gap i would say here comes a swishersault and 90% of the time he would slide, catch he spikes in the grass, tuck his head and roll. meanwhile the ball is rolling to the wall and the runner picks up an extra base(s) standing up. but sometimes, sometimes there was the rare instance where he would misplay the ball and go tumbling but the it would get caught up in his circus routine and stay in front of him.
