The Diablo burger was absolutely amazing. It was the cleanest tasting burger I have ever had, for lack of a better way to describe it. You could taste everything they put into it, and the fresh jalapeños put it over the top.

horrorbusiness138
I love a good burger, but I'd say that it was sub par at best, and certainly not worth $14.
TheGhostOfRandySavage
That's such a bummer when you pay that much for a burger and then it's not up to standards.
horrorbusiness138
That's such a bummer when you pay that much for a burger and then it's not up to standards. It is! There are so many great amazing burger places in Chicago that are cheaper than that. Truly a bummer.

As long as you aren't downtown you should be fine. The food here is totally worth it and I definitely recommend coming for some Chicago food. thesecrets0308
Just discovered this thread and read through the whole thing. I too am a huge fan of burgers! Was a little surprised that a few of my favorite spots weren't mentioned: If any of you all are ever in Las Vegas, go to the Burger Bar in Mandalay Bay. Very good stuff. They have the most expensive burger I've ever seen anywhere ($60 Rossini burger) which I have never gotten mostly because I'm not a fan of foie gras and partly because that's a crazy expensive sandwich. I've had quite a few of their other burgers though and was very impressed with all of them. http://www.burger-bar.com/lv_main.php Another place that's near me here in Cincinnati is a place called Terry's Turf Club. I've been to this place countless times because their burgers are simply incredible. This was a spot featured on Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives show. http://www.foodnetwork.com/restaurants/oh/cincinnati/terrys-turf-club-restaurant.html
