I have zero people to do strike and nightfall and stuff. Strikes are matchmaking, so you are fine doing those solo as you will be matched with 2 random guardians. Once you get up to 31ish when you buy the vanguard armors ROC playlists are your best bet for purples. Weekly and Nightfalls are solo-able at 30+. So, those are your best bets for exotics!
