RowBearToe
I'm planning on getting my sister a BT speaker for Christmas, looking to spend less than $40 on it. I'm considering these 3: -The OontZ Angle - $33 http://www.amazon.com/OontZ-Angle-Ultra-Portable-Soundworks-Incredible/dp/B008JGR9MO/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1418833399&sr=1-1&keywords=bluetooth+speaker&pebp=1418833403887 -Etekcity RoverBeats T3 - $34 http://www.amazon.com/Etekcity%C2%AE-RoverBeats-Bluetooth-Resonator-Rechargeable/dp/B00FJILVDS/ref=sr_1_7?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1418833399&sr=1-7&keywords=bluetooth+speaker -JAM Classic - $29 http://www.amazon.com/Classic-Bluetooth-Wireless-Blueberry-HX-P230BL/dp/B007R6HUEE/ref=sr_1_2?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1418833399&sr=1-2&keywords=bluetooth+speaker Does anyone have experience with any of these? Or have a different one to recommend in that price range? Thanks!
Shitty Rambo
I have one of those Jam speakers. It's OK, the battery like has started to suck but it's decent. Especially for that price. Another good option (if she has something with an aux input) is a Bluetooth receiver - http://m.ebay.com/itm/201070523656 I keep one hooked up to an old android phone charger and the aux channel on my amp so I can play music from my phone or tablet wirelessly at any given time. Plus it's nice when you have guests over who want to play certain music quickly.
RustyShackelford
Spend the money and get a better one in the $50-70 range or higher. The sound difference is huge.i use a JBL speaker that retails for about $79 and it's absolutely awesome

Dillhole
I got the Flip's bigger brother the Charge and I absolutely love that thing. I would have gotten the Flip but I needed the extra battery life. I use it in my work truck that doesn't have a radio so I need a battery that can last a entire work shift and the Charge does just that. I've heard the Flip and it's a damn good speaker for the money.
IanRees
I have the Eton Rukkus and love it, it's solar powered which is nice for using outdoors.
mrewest
I bought my wife the Sony X5 for Christmas. After playing everything in-store a bunch of times I loved the sound of this one the best. Anyone have any experience with this one?

The Charge doesn't offer much more than the Flip does, aside from charging a phone while in use. Also, it's quite a bit pricier, coming on at 200, but the Harmon Kardon Onyx, can fill a giant room and packs a huge punch.

amnstypls
My boss got me a Jambox by Jawbone. It's in the $100 range but has incredible low end. I also have the Beats Pill. The sound out of that thing is super crisp and it's unbelievable how loud it gets without distorting.
Santa Bateman
That ue boom is loud. Had one at local walmart. Banging. A little too steep for me
littlebistro
I have a JBL charge 2, I like it for yard work. Although next year I'll hook my receiver up to the outdoor speakers that came with the house. Hopefully they work.
