sve
My experiences have been good!
tonyfranciosa
I've often found it's not the packaging itself that's the problem, but the time in transit. Working its way through Royal Mail and USPS for 10-12 days is no good for any package. I'm on 10 days for a replacement of a NIck Cave record that was ruined by RM or USPS... and I'm sure this one's going to be just as beat. My return made it to them in 5 days, so it's kinda infuriating.
jerseydave77
I got a botch lp - big box but no issue.
jhulud
Given all that's been said about the length of handling time by RM and USPS, I'm torn on ordering now or waiting til after the holidays.

jackholexxxx
http://www.amazon.com/gp/feature.html?ie=UTF8&docId=1000733581 all single and double-disc records are put into them immediately upon receipt in our warehouses, ensuring that they remain safe and secure during their entire stay in our facilities. I always wondered about this.
MahPah
I always wondered about this. Yeah its interesting. They are stored in a mailer. I orderd 4 records from them and they all came individually inserted into the frustration free mailers and then all shipped in one larger box. Made me feel good about knowing they were all going to arrive in perfect condition.
kurtz
Yeah, those mailers are nice. A bit overkill packaging each one individually though.
radiatorhums
Ordered from them a few times and had good experiences. Packaging was pretty much the same as what I've received from Amazon US, but everything has shown up in good shape. I'd order from them again. 8ight
I've ordered a few albums and never had much issue. For me, the album seems to usually arrive later than their 'expected delivery date,' but the one time it was really late and I emailed them. They just sent me another (both arrived eventually). throwgncpr
I've actually had really speedy delivery times. Typically before the expected delivery date (although one or two slow). Not a huge sample size, but I've ordered a half dozen or so LPs from .uk
