Hey guys, so I wanted to make a place for all of the A Thousand Arms stuff to be centralized since they're starting to become quite the operational center for things.

Currently there are 2 brand new album pre-orders up and available:

Ranges - The Ascensionist 2XLP  (180g Milky Clear with Bone A Side/B Side vinyl.  Limited to 125 copies.  Deluxe Edition limited to 33 copies.)

https://athousandarms.store/collections/ranges

Appalaches - Cycles 2xLP (Solid Red vinyl with gatefold packaging.   Limited to 100 copies through A Thousand Arms. )

https://athousandarms.store/collections/athousandarmsmusic/products/appalaches-cycles-2xlp

Other album pre-orders that are quickly selling out:

TRNA - Lose Yourself To Find Peace ( 180g 33 RPM Black in Ultra Clear Color in Color with Black Smoke and Bone, White and Milky Clear splatter vinyl  /159) https://athousandarms.store/collections/elusivesound/products/trna-lose-yourself-to-find-peace-obsidian-brume-edition-lp

PG.Lost - It's Not Me, It's You! (Clear & Bourdeaux red /250)   https://athousandarms.store/collections/pelagicrecords/products/pg-lost-its-not-me-its-you-2xlp

A Thousand Arms also now has distribution for Kapitan Platte, Pelagic, Aloud Music, DUNK records, and Elusive Sound.  Check the website for the full list of distro items, and pick them up before they are gone.  Additionally, A Thousand Arms is the USA distributor for the Australian contingent, which includes merch/records for We Lost The Sea, Dumbsaint, and Sleepmakeswaves.

Have fun guys!  I will be updating this thread as new distro stock arrives for them, as well as any new album pre-order announcements.  A Thousand Arms has opened up their own record label wing in addition to the screen-printing operation (look for their work with the new The End of the Ocean shirts!) so I am guessing we will start to see more albums popping up soon.

Good idea here, Gumbo!

thanks man!  It was getting kind of messy, posting about all the stuff in various other threads, so i figured why not have their own spot.  I'll get around to doing an Elusive Sound one as well, to stay on top of their madness.

I personally picked up PG.Lost, Ranges, Appalaches, and TRNA today.  My wallet hurts.

Thanks for doing this. These bands deserve more exposure. There's a great Tides of Man, Ranges, This Patch of Sky tour coming also.

You're welcome, and I couldn't agree more!  CJ from Ranges/A1KA and Kit from TPOS are some of the kindest, best people I know.  They deserve the world for everything they do and how hard they work.  From what I'm hearing, there might be another even bigger tour with TPOS coming in the winter with some rather huge name ;)

Wait until you guys hear the next TPOS single that's going to drop in about 2 weeks though.  Holy.  Fucking.  Shit.  And also, if you haven't heard the new Ranges single or watched that video....  oh man.  I can't wait to see them play this stuff.  This song fucking kills, I love the electronic/keyboard work they're adding to their sound.

Thanks for starting this thread!  I ordered all four and also the Glasgow Coma Scale LP.

This is why I do this :)

Although maybe I shouldn't, because I could easily go broke very quickly with these guys haha.  Did you get the limited Ranges release too?  For $60.... I'll take all of that, instantly!

Hey guys!  Dunk was incredible, and we have a few things to note now.  Ranges has sold out of their vinyl!  2 weeks.  Pretttttty good job for them!  Their set at Dunk killed, and it was awesome to see those tunes live.  There *WILL* be a 2nd press for both Europe and the USA coming sometime soon-ish, with new colors for each region.  CJ told me that the USA will be a white/black swirl and Europe will get a clear/black swirl (I think.... I'm pretty sure he told me both variants will have black in them).

Shipwrecks have a new album coming out, and A1KA is the official distributor for this.  The PO is LIVE right now!!!  There are only 30 copies coming to the USA I'm told, so act fast!  You can find the link below.  The first track is up for streaming on the A1KA page there, and it is wonderful.  The whole album is fantastic, and builds very well on the 3-song EP that they debuted with.

Also, A1KA has gotten a TON of new stuff in from various labels, to be sure to check their store out

FINALLY!!!!!  All We Expected drop their debut full-length through Dunk/A1KA

Okay, so these guys were a revelation at Dunk.  Took us all by complete surprise.  Riff-heavy dark post-rock.  I guess blurring the lines between post-rock and post-metal?  Their set was absolutely WILD.

Hatàr by All We Expected releases on December 8th, 2017, by dunk!records.

180g Colored vinyl.  Includes 12" art print and download code.

All orders are pre-orders and will ship by the end of December 2017.

That song was decent, but sounded like a bunch of stuff I've heard before I couldn't much get into.  Reminded me of a beefier "Monophonic"-era Pray For Sound.

I'll definitely check out the full album once it's out.

Yeah I'll admit, their live set was way better than the studio recording so far... unless it's just that song.  I'm very curious to hear the rest of the material, because that song is only a solid B from me.  I love it, but man.... you guys would have FLIPPED over their set at Dunk in May.  It blew me the fuck away.

Also, on another note for A Thousand Arms........keep your eyes on their page this Monday for something REALLY fucking cool.  Pretty sure every single one of you is going to flip over this.

Hey guys!  Update time!

Ranges just quietly dropped a new EP this morning on cassette.  3 new songs, and apparently this is another mystery clue teaser for an upcoming full-length.  CJ is very cryptic and cagey with the details ;)

It's /33 and nearly sold out now.  For only $5, go grab yours quickly!!!!
