elgato48
Prediction for tonight cowboys 488 giants 0!!!! Nah but seriously I hope the cowboys can pull it out. The only thing I can predict about tonights game is that it will be a hell of a game. Cowboys/giants never fail to put on a good game. adamlikesmusic
I'm hoping for a lot of Cowboys rushes. Agreed!
adamlikesmusic
I knew Gaslight Anthem was one of ESPN's bands for August, but I was surprised to hear them during NBC's primetime football just now.
zacaroo21
eli in one league, dezzy in the other. feeling good about elis last 6 dallas matchups. I'm rocking Dez as well.
jerseydave77
I'm going to be bald by the end of this game. Giants are playing a very frustrating game.
nivek87
Carr looked like revis tonight on Cruz. Really not looking forward to week 1 now
seangj
Damn. Ogletree would have been a great start tonight!
elgato48
Yeah but ogletree hadn't done anything before this season. I'm sure no one had him on their fantasy team. Demarco murray was a beast. Good win
seangj
True that. Murray was great. I'm still trying to figure out what the deal with Cruz was tonight.
elgato48
I know. I put cruz over austin on my fantasy team. Big mistake
Guest
that sucked.
thebiglebowski
I am kinda tempted to pick up Ogletree. I know he has a long history of doing nothing. Laurent Robinson came out of nowhere last year and had what, 11 TDs? #3 in that offense might be worth a flier.
nivek87
a guy in my league picked up ogletree on the waiver wire this week and started him. 26.4 ffp. well played.
adamlikesmusic
Call me crazy, but I don't think I'd go out of my way to pick up Ogletree unless you've got players who you can afford to let go of, especially after just 1 game. Considering in that Bryant/Austin/Witten all aren't at 100%, and he was fighting the Giants' 3rd cb all night, I'm just a bit skeptical. Not to say he can't become something big, I just don't buy it this early on. He was only 17 points in my league, but still not a bad game by any measure. (Too bad he spent the game on my commissioner's bench, hahah)
MattyIceyo
I am glad I didnt put Wilson in as my flex..
nivek87
still pretty disappointed with Cruz. He was targeted 11 times which is good though. He was finding space and getting open, and I know he will not continue to drop balls like last night.
Guest
This is my first year doing FF; i wound up with Eli and Romo. Should have started Romo, but i would have felt dirty doing so. It's alright; Eli will recover. nivek87
noodle
ah hell. I'll post my roster. 12 teams, 18 round draft - deep league. PPR, ALL touchdowns worth 6... -2 for INT, 20 yards pass = 1 pt for QB. standard 10 rush = 1, 10 rec = 1. Start: 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR/TE, 1 TE, 1 D/ST, 1 K QB: Brees, Flaco RB: McFadden, Trent Richardson, Michael Bush, Jacquizz Rodgers, Mike Goodson WR: Jennings, DeMaryius Thomas, Titus Young, Boldin, Keshawn Martin, Stephen Hill TE: Tony Gonz, Dustin Keller D: Bills, Jets K: Gostkowski === $100 free agent money. Maybe make a little splash at Ogletree and drop Martin/Hill
thebiglebowski
Weak receivers. Michael Bush has 800 yards rushing and 10+ TDs this year. Wish I had targeted him but I got on that bandwagon too late. Brees is obviously a stud and you have great running backs.
nivek87
is it sunday yet? loving the local televised schedule for Sunday here in Richmond 1 - Saints vs. Skins (want to see rgIII do well, but if he doesn't i can't wait to see skins fans reactions) 1 - new england vs. tenn (only care b/c of fantasy) 4 - 49ers vs. green bay (should be a hell of a a game) SNF - steelers vs. broncos (see above) MNF - Ravens vs. Bengals (counting down) MNF2 - San Diego vs. Oakland (probably going to call it a night after the 1st quarter)
adamlikesmusic
We get Indy/Chicago, Wash/NO, and AZ/Sea. Wanted to watch the GB/SF game, but I guess between that and the Cardinals, Cardinals win for me. In case anybody is curious, this site has maps for the NFL coverage every week. Has been helpful for me, at least. http://www.the506.com/nflmaps/ littlebistro
