Those 3 bands are playing a festival here in Phoenix 2 days before the tour starts, but The Gaslight Anthem? Of course not. Hell, I'd drop $100 to see them play 1930 for an hour straight. He said they would be playing here, but as of now, nothing is planned for Seattle.
