I go to sleep with music every night, only problem is my current receiver has no sleep option so I usually fall asleep and wake up an hour or so later and turn the music off when I am tired enough to fall back asleep without it on. I can't sleep in silence, and since I live alone in a house it makes it less creepy.

I have Cursive - Happy Hollow on now, but I doubt I'll fall asleep during it.

I have tinnitus...so i can't stand silence....i usually throw on some Sigur Ros, Cue, Explosions In The Sky or something else superbly droney and mellow if I'm having trouble sleeping...but it's usually the fan or other white noise that gets me to sleep

Dude, tinnitus sux. that's all i have to say...i feel for ya

It does suck, could be worse...I could be deaf. But I honestly only really really notice it when i'm trying to sleep...I just listen to stuff at reasonable volume levels and wear EarPlugs Everytime I play drums, guitar, or attend any size show or band practice.

like Joe Dirt said...Shit'll BuffOut
