Once in a while, if they are really busy, they will send out broad emails saying that everyone that has ordered these days, your order has shipped. Sometimes it does take time to get your order as has been previously mentioned...but they rule...fair prices, great selection...if only ALL other labels/distros were this good... About half of the recent orders we've received over the past week and half have been packed up and are shipping out on Monday the 8th, and the other half will be packed this week and ship out on Friday the 14th. We apologize for the delay, but with the mailorder closing down for the year at the end of this week it sort of surged the normal amount of orders, and we've been a bit overwhelmed. Rest assured your order will ship out this week, either on Monday or Friday. celebdeath Posted December 18, 2007 Share Posted December 18, 2007 i ordered a whole heap of stuff from RE and was told by Andy that they would email me when the order has been shipped. havent received the email yet but as the international operation only has 1 staff member (Andy), i understand if they have delays sending emails. to be honest, i wouldnt mind so much if they waited till the new year to send my order coz if my better half sees this package (she is on hols from the 19th Dec), shes gonna have my nuts!
