These sold out very quickly and were strictly first come, first served. Why BLACK vinyl as a limited color? C'mon now, the band is named Paint It BLACK (not to mention the majority of the layout is black)! 1180 on WHITE VINYL 1180 were pressed on WHITE vinyl. Why WHITE vinyl? Well, it's the opposite of BLACK vinyl... Duh. the first step - "connection" 7" Pressing summary: 1st press: 20 test presses, 110 black, 270 white, 1030 red 110 on BLACK VINYL (Friends / Pre-order) 110 copies were pressed on BLACK vinyl. I'm really excited for the blue green but I would have liked a black too. I know I got my order in early enough (obviously) but now blacks are going to be hard to come by, and I could still order a white if I wanted. Not complaining though. It sure beats two whites.
