Terrible. man, davis sucks weather wise. my brother went to UCD, and i remember going there when i was younger and it being incredibly hot all the time. i also remember the whole town smelling like rotten vegetables. I was so pissed when i got here and people told me it wasn't hotter in the winter too. also, i've never noticed a smell so all good from that angle.
