partysmasher
that makes sense. I though it had sugar too though.anyone tried this yet?? I have it's niiiiice! Very similar to Red Bull cola which, i understand, is made with natural ingredients (for the most part i imagine) too!
forgeagain
I thought the Pepsi Natural was the stuff with sugar instead of corn syrup.....but apparently not. I will have to look for Throwback. Natural tastes like a Jones Soda-type cola rather than Pepsi.
Snaggle Von Swift
Target next week (in the Philly area at least) are running Pepsi Throwback 12 packs, 3 for $10 and you get a free 'retro' Pepsi t-shirt.
sonix
I wouldnt be surprised if the throwback turns into retro and is regular item. I remember when code red was a promotional item and its still around (for some reason) I'll have to look and see if I can find this mexican coke/pepsi. I dont think I've ever heard of it. Is it sold in the states at all?
dante3000
Man...I still have some of that Dublin Dr Pepper. If it was cheaper it'd be my only soda. Excited to try some Natural Pepsi (even if it looks like ice tea)
pjaicomo
Coke > Pepsi x 10000 Fountain > Glass Bottle ≥ Plastic Bottle > Can Sugar ≈ Corn Syrup
dante3000
Coke > Pepsi x 10000Fountain > Glass Bottle ≥ Plastic Bottle > Can Sugar ≈ Corn Syrup Glass bottle is for sure better than plastic (especially if it's been in the plastic bottle for a while). Fountain has it's benefits but if you've ever been somewhere where the mixtures off it ruins that shit. You're a lot less likely to have Q&A errors in a bottle. pjaicomo
Yeah, but the bad fountain is relatively rare. Probably like 1 in 100.
burdenx
I can't find this stuff anywhere. I looked at 2 Targets and 2 grocery stores today. No luck.

circlingvultures
Picked up both retro pepsi and MD today. Bottles don't look anything like those used in the ads. Got them at a walgreens for reg pepsi price. I'm loving the MD. Haven't tried the pepsi yet but the dew is worth checking out.

motorbike
Yeah, but the bad fountain is relatively rare. Probably like 1 in 100. you have obviously never ate in or around forest park, ga. anyway, scooped up the MD throwback and it tastes exactly the same except that burn you get from drinking cokes (not so much a burn as in "FUCK, I BURNED MYSELF!" but the burn that makes you go "ahhhhhh" after the fact) isnt there, its pretty good. xxmartinxx
Wouldn't Mexican Coke use Mexican water? Anyone get sick off that shit?
Guest falloutcollapse
I got a 12 pack of Pepsi Throwback yesterday and it was really good. I'm going to get the 12 pack of MD throwback today hopefully.
andrew13
MEXICAN PEPSI! we have this where i work at now. when i lived in w-b, right by metro (2 blocks from my dorm) there was a mexican grocery store and they imported all their pop and shit from mexico. so the pepsi and coke were in glass bottles and the pepsi was this stuff and the coke was new coke... i was pissed first time i got new coke... i hate pepsi but i drank it over the new coke all the time.
