cosmonaut
Rocket From the Crypt, "Middle"/"Born In '69" from "Scream Dracula Scream!"and a more obscure, but nevertheless awesome, back to back punch is "Pointer Ridge"/"Nines" from the very overlooked and underappreciated "Situation At Hand" by Kerosene 454 Those RFTC songs were the first things I thought of when I saw this thread. They go so well together. And +1 for the Kerosene 454 reference. Amazing band.

sgoodcore
Every song on From Here to Infirmary is a great one-two punch but I love, love Private Eye and Mr. Chainsaw, Mr. Chainsaw and Take Lots with Alcohol, or Take Lots w/ Alcohol & Stupid Kid. Frankly those four songs kick off that album something fierce. Also personal favorites: Metallica - Hit the Lights/Four Horseman Metallica - For Whom the Bell Tolls/Fade to Black RATM - Testify/Guerilla Radio RATM - People of the Sun/Bulls on Parade RATM - Kick Out the Jams/Renegades of Funk
