crime
She says she didn't. But honestly what girl would really admit that she did. At this point it doesn't really matter if she did or not. I don't want to be with someone who would pull that type of shit. If she was too drunk to drive home she knew she could have called me to come pick her up. We live in a small enough city that you can get anywhere in 15 minutes. Instead she decided to pull the bitch move. Her problem not mine. circlingvultures
it doesnt matter if she did or didnt. There is respect in a relationship. If he would have done that he would have never have heard the end of it, even if nothing happened. You can't be with someone and play those kinds of games. Sorry to hear about that dude, but good riddance.
adamlikesmusic
It's not fair to jump to conclusions. She may have been injured, imprisoned, or worse. Call the police and check for recent arrests. Call the hosiptals to see if she was admitted. If they all come back negative, then I'd let my imagination wander. Especially since she has had "quite a few" DUIs, as you put it. This tells me she has little to no judgement, especially while impaired, and conducts herself with reckless abandon in these situations. I most definitely own one of those mats. crime
Welcome to the dateless loser club! lol. Well actually ... This whole ordeal sort of works out at the perfect time. The only problem as that me and the girlfriend (i guess ex now). Just moved in together about 3 weeks ago and we signed a year lease. So we're going to have to try to get out of that. BUT. This girl I dated a couple years ago (who was amazing) is moving back to town in a couple of weeks. The only reason we broke up was because she moved back to Montreal and we decided the long distance thing would suck balls. But now she's coming back and she wants to meet up like the night she gets back in town.

Sorry to hear about that dude, but good riddance. lol. She said that if I had done the same she wouldn't have been mad because she "trusts" me. Which is so far from the truth. I work with a lot of women/girls, and they're calling me constantly to ask questions make sure we're meeting deadline etc. It's strictly business all the time. But the calls do come sometime late at night or early in the morning (it's the nature of the business ... we're not stuck to a 9 to 5 schedule). Anyways. Every time a female co-worker calls she always drops in a little comment about how "oh are you going to go fuck her now". It's so lame. That, and the fact that she went out with a guy friend alone...sketchy city...

crime
Holy fucking drama. So she did cheat on me. Then we agreed that she'd move out as soon as she could. A week passed and she still hadn't even looked for a place. But she had been staying over at her new boyfriends place. Leaving her two dogs and cat at my place for days on end. They were shitting and pissing all over the apartment and I was getting sick of smelling it and having to clean it up. So I call her on Friday and tell her she needs to get her shit out asap and that if she didn't come pick up her animals over the weekend I was going to take them to the SPCA on monday morning on my way to work. Anyways. I went out with some friends last night and stayed over at a friends place. I get home this morning and my apartment is trashed. Broken glass everywhere a good chunk of my record collection smashed. Posters ripped. I call her to ask what the fuck she did but she didn't pick up her phone. I start cleaning up then my phone rings. It's the police. The cop then goes on to tell me that apparently we got in a fight last night and then I went on a "rampage" and destroyed the apartment. I just laughed and said that's impossible because I wasn't even in town last night and I haven't seen her in over a week. The cop essentially said tough shit and because a girl filed a complaint about a guy being violent they have to take her word for it. So now if I try to contact her I will get charged. Meanwhile she still owes me a good couple of hundred of dollars for bills and is leaving me with an apartment I can't afford on my own (our original deal was that she was going to stick around until I found a subletter). But now she's moving all of her shit out sometime this week with a police escort. And I now have a mark on my record for something I didn't even do. alertthemute
Take her to court on it. Don't let that shitbag walk all over you dude. Especially not if you have witnesses you were with the night of the "rampage".

adamlikesmusic
That's way shitty. Can't your friends vouch for you that you weren't home?
silentgods
go to the cop station or courthouse and ask to see the complaint. then read it word for word. then take to destroying every word she said. get people to vouch for you. take damage reports of shit she fucked up. keep records of how much money she owes you. verbal agreements? write those down. and then introduce the bitch to reality. alex13
Im sorry about your destroyed property but it's good to know you didn't bitch out and stay with her. It's nice to see some people not forgiving a painful breaking of respect and trust. Just imagine having to choose: Getting fooled and having stayed with the girl (and contracting some disease maybe?) or getting some property damaged. I'd chose the latter. Like everyone else said, take that bitch to court. If she's not insane she'll drop charges as soon as she gets a court order cos she's bullshitting. If she doesn't do that, you can totally fuck her for criminal damage and lying to the cops (or whatever the technical term for that is) given that you have an alibi. Then you get to watch her cry when she realises she has to pay damages and your fees. Then bang that other chick when she gets back into town! crime
I'm going to talk to a lawyer about all of this tomorrow. I just don't understand any of it. She cheated on me so I broke up with her. No need to go all mental about it. Just get your things and move out. I even offered to help pack her stuff up. But instead she takes this road. What a headcase. What a headcase. im sorry to hear that bro.. but seriously, i't take her to court. you don't want that mark on you for any reason. i dont see how the cops can let something like be ok and not investigate it. it's fucking stupid, just because it's a woman filing the claim? im sure you're friends and such can vouch for you, and having the cops call the places you were at that evening to verify. cc receipts help too. voodooramen
Good luck man, she will shit her pants if you have a lawyer contact her though. If she has a brain she will drop charges asap. What a bitch, seriously. Good call on throwing her to the curb early too, even if she broke some shit. And yes if you have any receipts from that night keep those things safe. crime
Fuck trust me, you do not want to see her naked. We hadn't had sex in months (which is why I wasn't too pissed when I finally found out she cheated on me). Let's just say she had "let herself go". She has one of the most revolting beer bellies I have ever seen on a girl.

riddle350
Dude all I can say is I'm sorry. That whole situation sounds fucking horrible but I'm stoked to hear that you are going the mature path. Let us know how the lawyer talk goes. Plus you've got this other girl coming back into town so maybe you can re-start that fire.
