Most of their retail is "70% off," which is apparently sort of a running in-joke as a pair of pants at 70% off in Moscow cost the same as the same pants in London, New York City, etc. The exchange rate was in our favor, though -- it was about 33 rubles to the dollar, which meant, say, a bottle of pretty good vodka cost under $5.
