scottheisel
This has been rumored for a little while now, and I know the label have actually talked to the band. However, Epitaph talks to lots of bands and signs relatively few, so who knows.
xlovecolouredx
i hope they will be a next album on epitaph records. sign off with their heads, kick escape the fate out....

xjustinxschwierx
it's not entirely implausible as y'know maybe Brett sobered up for a second and thought what the fuck have I done!? I sent Ryan's girlfriend a text message to see what the deal is.
xcarlupanddiex
what? I thought epitaph only signed bands with bad haircuts

kyle
As Scott said, this has been rumored for a while. A good friend of mine works for Epitaph and she also just so happens to be Ryan's ex and she told me almost two months ago their next record would be on Epitaph. Whether or not they actually signed yet, I'm not sure.
alangrey
i heard about this a couple months ago from canadian rifles singer/guitar player. he said ryan called him and asked if they should or not. i think the band was kinda worried about signing with them. guess they did. bummer. i hope their next record is not too polished. fat would have been a much better pick. xjustinxschwierx
they're just talking with them and they have not signed with them according to Ryan's current girlfriend.
thedavidescapeplan
I assume that if they did sign to Epitaph it would be similar to the deal Hot Water Music had where No Idea would continue to release the albums on vinyl.
eddieruckus
I think this would be awesome, owth has been touring a lot and has some good tunes, why not have a label backing them with some cash flow, its up to the band or not if they change their style and polish it up, honestly some of their recordings are kinda rough anyway, I doubt they will go crazy and write a bad religion record with a million vocal overdubs, good for them if its true
travis
Yea I dont see OWTH changing their sound to "fit in" on the label or anything. I think they would just have more money backing them.
flood
they're just talking with them and they have not signed with them according to Ryan's current girlfriend. who is surprisingly my ex girlfriend's good friend. what a small fucking world we live in.
