Ipod Touch

Anyone have one of these? I need to step up into the 21st century and get one of them fancy mp3 players. It looks pretty boss. Any advice or recommendations are welcomed. thank you.

iPhone user, same thing but w/ phone, it's awesome. Get one if you can afford it. If you want cheaper, dunno what to get. But apps will make you use it more than any other mp3 player.

I have a Touch and it's awesome. I got one of the 8gb ones when they first came out. Sucks I can't have even a fraction of my music on there, but it's still awesome.

Mine came free with my iMac. Super small memory, but I've gotten used to mixing up what I have on it. The games are sweet. Downside is that it has wifi instead of 3g so you get internet in fewer places.

I plan on upgrading to an IPhone or IPod Touch when the memory gets a bit better. I have about 60gb on my normal IPod, and I don't want to cut any off to get the 32gb.

Yep, storage is weak. I absolutely love my iphone, so interface/features wise I'd say go for it, but I still take my ipod classic everywhere I go.

If you just want to use it as an mp3 player and have all your music on it, I'd forgo all the touch bullshit and get something cheaper with more storage.

Zune does have the Zune HD which is touch screen w/ 32 gigs of storage, and it's like $270

I just use the iPod classic, 120GB, more space and I don't care about apps, it's cheaper too.

Get the touch if you want a PDA + mp3 player. I liked having the touch, before I got my Droid, because I could travel with it. I could check email on top having an mp3 player and I could play games, etc.

Probably one of the best things I own, great for music, web browsing and apps, its so handy. 32GB means I had to cut down the music on there, but it just means theres less filler. I'll definately get an iPhone at some point, once the capacity hits 100GB+

my iPod touch ate shit this morning...I'm fucking pissed...up until today it's been fucking great...but now it's stuck in some fucking reboot loop and I can't seem to get it out of it...

yes, they come with the same warranty and you can buy the 2 year extention plan to add to it. every ipod i've bought including my iphone has been refurbed and i haven't had any probems minus dead pixels with my iphone. but thats my fault and dropping it several times without a case. works grand though.

This. If you want an iPod to listen to music, get the classic. You'll get nearly twice the storage and save nearly £100 in the process (over here at least).
