This is a test pressing for Off With Their Heads Pirates Press picture disc release. The test pressing has not been cut like the actual release, which is a shaped picture disc. As far as I know, there are only 5 of these in existence. Has the songs "I Will Follow You", "Drain/East River Park (Cleveland Bound Death Sentence)" and a live version of "Janie". Unless your employer provides it, dental insurance is very expensive. and it still doesn't cover shit... it pretty much covers two cleanings a year.
