Then I called Paypal, and Paypal was all like "We can't touch Hot Topic's transactions." Then I called back Hot Topic and talked to Jessica, and she was all like "Boom. Voided." So I got my money back easily (instead of it chilling in limbo on Paypal for another 2-4 days). She said anytime I call back to just ask for Jessica. She's the only one named Jessica in that department. So apparently, if you need things done right through HT.com's customer service, ask for her.
