Apparently the first bowel movement he made after the operation was pure blood, after which he proceeded to go into shock and passed out right on the toilet. I normally wouldn't laugh at such a story, however my manager could never make it through telling it without cracking up himself. I found it strange at first, but in hindsight, hilarious.
