Guest
Via Facebook: "Friends, As much as this pains us to say, we have to cancel our entire U.S. tour for the month of July. A member of the band informed us today (6 days before the tour begins) that he wouldn't be able to do it with us. We didn't want to go out without them and feel as if we were playing half assed shows throughout the whole tour. Nobody is or ever could be as bummed out about this as much as we are. We want to say thank you and also apologize to everyone who has helped us put this tour together. With that being said, we will no longer continue as a band. Thanks for all your love and support over the last 5 years. Rest In Shit. Crucial Dudes"

Guest
there must've been a ton of underlying issues that contributed to them breaking up. I understand the tour being cancelled, but breaking up seems pretty harsh. I'm sad because there was talk of the michigan show being their makeshift record release. rtw88
Breaking up after booking a tour is so shitty. If you are about to be a bunch of babies and break up your band, don't waste dozens of people's time and effort booking shows and promoting for you. Team Avatar
Do you really think they planned on breaking up after booking it? It probably has to do with that one member quitting.

No, but for the most part, bands don't just break up on a whim. It's usually something that's been a long time coming. I don't know that band and what their situation is, so it could be different. I'm just speaking about it in general, as someone that it has happened to.

Guest realtalk
Usually pretty easy to find one replacement player, especially for non-technical music such as this. Don't even know this band but sounds like a cop-out.

Emo Revival
Maybe they we're planning on calling it quits after the tour but something happened to the member that departed that forced them to do it now rather than later.
GradedOnACurve
^ Yeah I had a friends band about to blow up and then they broke up. Sometimes it just happens like that.
